Changes to Billing & Invoicing Procedures

In order to enhance the overall vendor experience and streamline the invoice processing for the Operations Team, we have made some exciting updates to our billing procedures. Instead of the traditional method of submitting invoices directly to Coupa, billing contacts will now have the convenience of submitting invoices via our brand new Invoice Submission Form.

All invoices will be seamlessly submitted through this user-friendly form, allowing for a more efficient and streamlined process. Our dedicated Operations Team will promptly review all invoices within a maximum of 5 business days. Rest assured, you will receive timely email notifications regarding the status of your invoices, and you can also conveniently check the status within our easily accessible Customer Portal.

In the event of any disputes, we have made it even easier for you to address them. Simply resubmit any disputed invoices through the attachment and messaging feature located within the Customer Portal's ticket section. Our team will handle them promptly and keep you informed every step of the way.

To ensure a seamless transition, all billing contacts will receive registration links via email, granting them access to the exclusive benefits of our Customer Portal. We highly recommend watching the informative video below to familiarize yourself with all the exciting features and benefits it offers. And for any additional questions or assistance, our updated Billing Support page provides a wealth of resources and guides. You can also explore the new Billing & Invoices section in our Knowledge Base for more helpful articles. Don't forget to save the Invoice Submission Form for easy access in the future.

With these updates, we are confident that our enhanced billing procedures will not only improve the vendor experience but also expedite invoice processing for our Operations Team. We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to serving you even better in the future.
